Don’t Drink … Gamble!

[ English | Deutsch | Español | Français | Italiano ]

If you enjoy having a a beverage occasionally, keep your money at home if you plan to do your drinking in a casino. I’m serious. Empty your evening bag, your wallet, and leave all cash, charge cards and checkbooks out of the casino. Grab whatever money you expect to use on alcohol, tipping and only the pocket change you expect to squander and keep the rest behind.

Cynical? Not really. Realistic more like. You might experience a success following a boozy night out with your friends and be blessed enough to catch a 25 minute toss at a smokin craps game. Keep that account because it is as short-lived as it gets if you always drink alcohol and bet. These activities just do not go well together.

Leaving your money out of the casino is a bit excessive, but precautionary measures for drastic actions is necessary. If you bet to win, then don’t drink alcohol and play. If you like to blow your assets nary a worry, then consume all the complimentary booze your stomach can handle, but do not pack credit cards and chequebooks to toss into the mix of following squanderings after your dead drunk head throws away everything!

Let me to take this one step further. do not consume alcohol and then head online to gamble in your favorite internet casino either. I love to cocktail from the coziness of my apartment, but since I’m hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep credit cards near by, I can not drink alcohol and gamble.

Why? Despite the fact that I don’t consume alcohol to excess, once I drink, it is absolutely enough to cloud my judgment. I gamble, so I don’t drink when gambling. If you are more of a drinker, do not bet when you do. Both create a decimating, and expensive, drink.
