If you like to have a drink ever so often, keep your money out of the casino if you set out to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Empty your evening bag, your wallet, and keep all cash, plastic credit and checks at home. Only take only the money you expect to use on alcohol, tipping and few dollars you intend to squander and keep the rest behind.
Contemptuous? Absolutely not. Just realistic. You could have a success following a boozy evening out with your buddies and be blessed sufficiently to hook a 25 minute roll at a hot craps table. Keep that story seeing that it is as short-lived as it gets if you regularly drink alcohol and wager. The pair just don’t mix.
Leaving your money out of the casino is a little bit dramatic, but defensive measures for dramatic actions is required. If you wager to profit, then don’t drink alcohol and gamble. If you like to burn your money nary a worry, then drink all the gratuitous beer you can handle, but do not pack charge cards and chequebooks to throw into the mix of chasing squanderings after your drunken brain loses all the cash!
Permit me to carry this one step more. do not drink alcohol and then go online to gamble in your favorite internet casino either. I enjoy a beer from the comfort of my apartment, but due to the fact that I’m linked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep charge cards at my fingertips, I can’t consume alcohol and bet.
What’s the reason? Although I do not consume alcohol to excess, when I consume alcohol, it is absolutely enough to blur my better judgment. I gamble, so I don’t drink when wagering. If you are a drinker, do not bet at the same time. When mixed, both create an awful, and costly, drink.
